Fertilization

Regular maintenance is important, but adding a quality fertilization and weed control program takes your maintenance program to the next level and is essential for healthy and attractive lawns. We provide the right fertilizer for each grass type (Centipede, Zoysia, Bermuda, Saint Augustine, Fescue, Rye) at the right time of the year. We also provide assistance with irrigation, so the turf areas are being watered properly.

Mulching

There’s nothing that creates instant curb appeal like fresh mulch or pine straw. Long needle pine straw and mulch each have their own aesthetic and functional benefits and we can provide and install whatever you desire. Most clients have us install fresh mulch or pine straw at least once a year.

Trimming & Pruning

Pruning shrubbery is part of our maintenance plan. You can expect your shrubs to stay in good shape all year long when we are making weekly or bi-weekly visits. During the hot and humid months, many types of shrubs can grow rapidly. Even then, we do our best to keep up with the rapid growth. We use professional commercial equipment to ensure a clean cut which helps your shrubs stay healthy and beautiful.

Irrigation

Irrigation systems require maintenance to perform properly and efficiently. A tune-up in the Spring is always a good idea. We can adjust your sprinkler system so the water is hitting the grass instead of fences or driveways. We’re also good at troubleshooting when an irrigation system stops working. If you’re looking to add a zone or install a brand new system, we can help with that as well. We install systems that are easy to use and maintain.

Mowing Maintenance

Regular grass cutting (lawn mowing) is one of the best things for a healthy lawn. We keep our mower blades sharp and our lawn equipment in great condition so we’re able to maintain your lawn effectively and efficiently. We use commercial mulching mowers which helps return valuable nutrients to the soil. We also cut the grass at the proper height based on time of year, temperature, and type of grass. Most Centipede and Saint Augustine lawns are mowed every 14 days, but some of the high maintenance turfs such as Bermuda and Zoysia do better with mowing every 7 days.

Groundskeeping

We maintain landscapes, so you can enjoy a manicured lawn without the stress of keeping up with equipment and finding the time to do it yourself. In a nutshell, we do the necessary tasks to keep your landscape in great shape. These tasks include mowing grass, weedeating and trimming, edging beds and hardscapes, pruning shrubbery, controlling weeds, blowing debris off hardscapes and porches, removal of leaves and debris. We offer weekly and bi-weekly plans for regular groundskeeping maintenance.

 
Leaf Blowing

In the Fall and Winter months, clients who are already on our schedule enjoy this important service without an additional charge. We utilize mulching mowers, leaf blowers, and rakes to remove leaves and debris from lawns to keep lawns looking great. 

Pressure Washing

We provide professional pressure washing for commercial and residential clients. From small houses to office buildings and apartment complexes, no job is too large. Our skilled professionals use hot water and the proper detergent to remove mold and mildew from driveways and buildings and bring back the original shine.
